Our Credit/Debit card transactions are handled by Worldpay and the Data is held by them and by our Channel Manager Eviivo who are PCI DSS level 1 compliant on their own respective servers.

We hold no Data on our premises for those choosing to pay online. Details of payments made on site using a Card Terminal are held in accordance with PCI DSS Compliance requirements.

We work closely with online Travel Agents and we may receive information about you from them, who have their own Compliance requirements.

Should you choose to contact us via our contact details page on our Website, your information will be used only for the purposes of dealing with your enquiry.

The information we collect is kept secure electronically and physically by the Management in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
